About this Workshop
Participants will be introduced to the progression of teaching bowing techniques including detache, spiccato and sautillé. The fundamentals of each technique will be covered, along with related warm-up exercises, etudes, and suitable repertoire.
Common pitfalls and weaknesses of bowing techniques will also be discussed and remedial methods introduced.
